Great experience shopping at builders Walker Drive. Was wondering around the store and noticed they had a product in stock that the main builders in Huegh Road did not have in stock. I noticed the queue was extremely long and thought I would rather leave it, only to find at the queue moved at such an incredible pace (5 tills were in use) . Great service in ensure that customers can pay as quick as possible.

I got what I was looking for. The staff. I could not find anyone to help me. In the garden section. So I helped myself. I found the staff to be unfriendly, more involved with each other than with me at the pay point. I won't go back easily. I struggled loading cement blocks into my trolley. No.But I got what I needed. And I did look for someone to ask where the blocks were and also to help me load once I found the blocks. But there was nobody to be seen.

Surprisingly good variety of products. And the guy at the paint section was amazing. So sorry I forgot his name. He really needs to be recognized! Staff was knowledgeable and for a small store there is a brilliant selection of plants!
