My favourite Bakery just happens to also be the nearest, lucky me! I like all the breads, always freshly baked that morning. My favourites are Levaan, 100% Rye, and Milk and Butter. I also like the others, which are Italian breads. They also make very good muffins, and coffee you can have there or takeaway. Also always good for bantering with the locals.

A great selection of sourdough bread using stone ground flours. The bread is freshly baked every day and is very tasty. Fresh, warm bread in the morning with butter melting on it. Delicious!Helpful, friendly staff and a favourite of the locals.

The Real Bread Co is the real deal. Everything is fresh and made the way bread should be made, with live sourdough starter. Saturdays are exceptionally special – they bust out sourdough pastries that have the hearty deliciousness of old school hippy baking. The service also comes with a smile you so you leave doubly happy!

best bread in town! This bakery is easy to overlook but you'd be missing out big time if you walk past it. The bread is amazing, they have a nice variety of different loafs and also good coffee Oh and the staff- they are amazing and you can feel their passion for their baked goods!

I've stopped eating bread a few years ago. After deciding to give the Real Bread Co a try I am now ADDICTED...besides that and being conscious about weight management I must say I have not picked up even a kilo...Best sourdough I've ever eaten.

They say go to the beach for the view and 2 streets back if you want a good meal... this little bread and coffee shop is living proof. As expected the bread is amazing. But for a little hole in the wall with seating only for 3... It also does the most amazing coffee, served by a team of friendly team of bakers and barristers - the best little local secret and start your day!

Amazing bakery in Muizenberg. Artisan bread in the true sense of the phrase. Sourdough in many manifestations. Real bread made by real people. No added stuff. Highly recommended. Oh and get a coffee while you're there. Delicious
