Worst experience ever. Wanted to upgrade, they never revert back to one. I have decided rather to cancel my contract

I upgraded to a Galaxy S6 last year and purchased the outrageously expensive glass screen protector. To my dismay, the protector was full of cracks within three months. I endured this for around six months until I eventually decided to scrape together the money to invest in a new protector. As luck would have it, my phone stopped working the very next day after replacing the protector.I booked the phone (still under warranty) in for repairs at Waverley Plaza and they shipped it out for repairs. Upon retrieval of the repaired phone at Waverley I noticed that my brand new screen protector was missing. I immediately called the repairs manager in Centurion and explained the situation. He was very friendly and told me that the Waverley shop would surely provide me with a replacement protector. The branch manager at Waverley (Franzelle - she refused to give me her full name) kept on referencing small print in the T&C's, refusing to help me. I phoned back to Centurion and they also tried to convince her, but she told me: Its not our fault you chose to replace your protector one day before your phone broke."This sarcasm and disrespectful behaviour equals horrible client service."

Staff members always willing to assist and walk the extra mile for clients

Went in for a new screen protecter. After 5 times of putting the protector on and pulling it off the staff memeber insisted on rather cutting a screen protector for me which is not the dame as the class screen protector that I originally wanted. It is a thin piece of plastic which she charged me R230.00 for. I think it is redicilous to pay that amount for something that is so thin and will not garantee me a save screen like the glass protector would. And furthermore the protector was cut bigger than my phone so my phone cover is curling up the protector causing bubbles. Very unhappy.

After 2 years outside of South Africa I had difficulty getting my Vodacom sim card to work again. The Vodacom shop in Centurion could not help me. When I asked Walner in Chatz Connect Waverley for help, he sorted out the problem within 10 minutes.

My wife had the worst experience in this branch,she has been looking to get a new contract and when she walked in to enquire the consultants ignored her and no on would assist her.Will get our contracts somewhere else

They should get a minus for customer service, they never answer their like only 1 phone. The y do not re-act to email requests either. They are quick to sell the contract to you, but when problems arise, they are nowhere to be found to assist. Been using them for years for my business, but today was the last...
