Stay away from this place, it will cost you money and frustration. The service and workmanship is of shocking quality. It baffles my mind that you would continue a operation like this. Send my vehicle in for an Oil Pump replacement it took 3 weeks to do. Then the day i had to pick it up they phoned me and said they took it for a test drive and the engine seized and qouted me R80k for replacement engine. After demanding an answer to what caused it, 4 months later still no answer. I decided to tow vehicle away to someone to inspect. Car Service City took off cambelt and tensioner bolt when replacing oil pump then put it back on but did not replace tensioner bolt with new bolt, which caused the tensioner bolt to snap and the cambelt slipped off and caused the engine to seize. To top it off the oil pump they replaced, they replaced it with a faulty one now they refuse to reimburse me on the money i had to pay them for the oil pump replacement because i took the car to someone else.So i am paying R80k for new engine due to their mistake and poor workmanship. And they will take no responsibility at all.Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this place

They were of great assistance and help on a Saturday with my car, even though I had no booking. I will highly recommend them for anybody.

There's nothing quite like receiving amazing service when you're least expecting it. And that's exactly what I experienced recently when I took my car in for a routine service.To start with, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. This set the tone for the rest of my experience. Then, the manager phoned me to explain some additional work that needed to be done on my car. He was very professional and transparent about the pricing. And finally, when I got my car back, it looked and drove like new! All of the issues I had been experiencing were gone.I was blown away by the service I received. It was top-notch from start to finish. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and will be back myself.

I took my car in for a Major Service and was highly disappointed with the outcome of my service. Although the two front desk ladies were attentive and friendly, the end result was not worth the amount I paid for. I got quoted a Rate which was relatively low. I questioned Werner three times to double check what the major service includes and if the rate is correct. He assured me the major service includes Spark plugs, new engine oil, car wash and vacuum, labor, as well as all my mechanical checks to name a few. I received a call later in the day from Werner stating he needs to add Anti-Freeze, break fluid and engine oil, which in my opinion should already be included in a major service. I agreed to the additional R 800.00 on top of my original quote. When paying my final bill I noticed a additional R 500.00 for VAT excluding my original quote and additional R800.00? Which public business quotes a client with VAT not included? In the end of the day, I paid double my initial quote and to top it off my car wasn't even vacuumed on the inside. The water spots were clearly visible on the outside. The tyre polish was so wet, while driving off it all blew onto the side of my vehicle which is white in color. All that was done on the inside was a little car spray was used and the dashboard was wiped off lightly. While doing the light check, my spotlight didn't work which was fully functional before I took the vehicle in. The gentleman that assisted with the all around checks questioned if there was a go-ahead" on the light almost insinuating that it wasn't working before I brought the vehicle. Turns out the bulb was fused which just needed to replaced but the gentleman didn't even know how to access the spot light plug. I called Car Service City Stonewood Business Park

I had some brake issues with my Opel Crossland. Only 24000km on brakes. Had a great experience at Car Service City - STONEWOOD. Great communication, great service and well priced. Sure they will be very successful.

Stay away from this place. Their service and workmanship is very poor.Their communication even worse.Rather go somewhere else and pay more. R5700 down the drain.They messed the park light up further and when I phoned to collect the car, they said the car would be ready within 20m inutes. On our way to pick our car up, they phoned to say that they forgot to fix the brakes.We had to return the next day. It didn't even look like they worked on the car as there was still oil all over, even though the leak was fixed.

Absolutely shocked at the poor customer service, you are handing out flyers at the robot but clearly don't care to get new customers. I contacted Thursday Morning early to request a quote for service and breaks, I was told by the lady that answered her manager will call me for a quote, never received that call, I then called this Morning again saying I'm still waiting on a call, she then this time asked my car model and said again her manager will contact me with quote, still no call, I then called again and said what's the hold up, then got told her manager said she tried to call me 3 time, and no I did not receive a call so that's just an excuse, she then said she apologies for the inconvenience gave me price telephonically I said it sounds like a good price can they email me the quote and advise opening day to bring my car, guess what never got the mail, I called to ask did they have the correct email and I was told o sorry its in draft it was never sent, so guess what if this is the experience from the start I definitely do not want to make use of your disgusting service. 100% don't recommend, rather pay more and get what you pay for. PS don't hand our flyers at the robot, if you clearly not interested in helping your customers accordingly.

Very good service received. Updated and informed at all times. Car was done in no time. Technician that works on your car walks you through what he did when you collect which i thought was different.Definitely recommendable !
