The pharmacist at the chemist has absloutely no people skills.He (Johan) speaks so loud when helping patients or having to sign off on a script for medication by the assistants that everyone looks at you.He complains about the medication or the hand writing on the scripts.I have been there twice where i have witnessed him sending away patients with scripts and he then says the patients must ask for a better detailed script from their GP.Sick people are driving or walking to the pharmacy and being treated like criminals because he cant understand the script that their doctor wrote.

I was helped by Anchen Van Schalkwyk. Maybe she was having a bad day but she didn't make me feel like a valued customer. Also the sitting area to wait for prescriptions is less than comfortable. Not sure I'll be back...

We have been assisted by Anchen Van Schalkwyk and what a terrible interaction, no people skills, not even greeting. She should not work with people if it's such a nuisance to assist a customer with more kindness.

Friendly staff and well stocked pharmacy. The queues for prescription medications are just way too slow. Will re-rate if this gets better.

I have seen a lady there who took her twins for innoculations today. The babies were hysterical snd she had to wait her turn in the queue to get her script..would it not be courteous to first help the mother with crying babies first? What difference woukd one person being helped ahead of u do to.your day..

Took my baby for her 14 week vaccinations yesterday and the nurse was so kind. She was so attentive and friendly. Baby didn't even cry when she was injected. What a great experience!
