Look, the lady is lovely and hate that I can’t give her a good review. Had a French manicure appointment that took waaaayyyy longer than it should have (3 hours ?!!) because the job kept getting worse, the work on my toes kept getting messier and uglier. My nail shape was changed and the French line is way too thick, none of my toes look consistent,I left having nail polish on my actual foot as well. I’m genuinely just glad it’s winter and I can hide my feet. She also somehow made one foots nail color darker than the other ???? Just awful and will not become a regular.Also did my nails 6 days prior …. Lol a mess as well.. I naturally have long strong nails and the lady managed to file them all different lengths and I asked for them to be shaped ballerina style but got square. Only reason I paid and left there holding in my tears is because I genuinely found one of the technicians wonderful. Wish she didn’t work there because I will never step foot here again

Sandy is professional and the most Friendly's nail tec I have ever met she made me feel at home. Thanx for the advice on how to take care of my nails. You r awesome

2 week ago I had a pedicure here and for the first time I was dissatisfied the gel on my toes looked bad and the top code did not look well at all. I went back and showed them and they applied another top code but then the lady said she can't believe I had a pedicure by them. Seems like I student was training on me.

They are just the best and the beautician Celine is excellent. She's so polite and always have a smile. She does my eyebrows perfectly. THANK YOU CELINE

Everytime i have my toenails done in paarl they chip two or three days laterIt was my daughters wedding so rushed in to ask please if they cud please repair. She blandly looked at me and said sorry she couldnt make it work.Wont be back have learnt my lesson

Sorbet Paarl is amazing! All the staff are so friendly and helpful- definitely a must-visit branch, and of course my nails look Fabulous. Sandy is also such a vibe!

I was at Paarl Mall today, Sandy assisted me with a manicure, this was a much needed visit. After feeling tired and worn out, Sandy had fantastic conversation skills, empathetic, great listener, she was funny and kind. I really hope to be able to come back again soon.
