Brilliant service!!! Could get my phone cleaned as it had a problem with a blocked speaker and they assisted with no charge at all. I am a happy customer and they are just awesome will definitely support in the future.

What absolute bad customer service I experienced. Phone I bought a month ago suddenly started having connectivity issues, could only operate on WiFi. Found out the phone was blacklisted and took it back to Experimax Canal Walk. They booked it in to have technician check if this was the case and I had to call them next day as they did not contact me to give an update. Confirmed that it was blacklisted and said they would source another phone, I had to follow up again, could not source a phone quick enough, I was provided with loan phone but it I could not do my work banking on this. After I contacted them again to find out if another phone could not be provided they said I should pay in a R500 for other phone, I was so shocked that they did not offer to cover this after they hugely inconvenienced me so much for a week, no customer service, I was so disappointed. Their technician John was not a pleasure to deal with and neither one of their people at Tygervalley, this was by telephone. Waiting almost a week for my refund.

Great service. Communicated really well throughout the process and accommodated to my special requests. I appreciated the proper use of my pronouns (they them) and that they could replace my entire keyboard in just 3 days. Invoice could be emailed to me, paid eft. Quick and easy handover. would definitely recommend to any working professional.
