This review is especially about the service counter at the back of Kmart, we printed photos and she asked us to come after 20 min as we use ‘Pay at the counter’ option which was our biggest mistake of course - anyways, we went there she was busy on phone and we stood there for 10 Min, when she finished Call she came back and told us that pictures weren’t ready, and we have to come back. After waiting for another 15 min we went there and to our surprise not even a single photo was printed and she told us that they are running out of printing paper. Wow what a way to treat your customer, during this whole 40 min time she didn’t even bother to check if pics are being printed or not? Wasted my precious hourNever going back, I’m attaching photos for reference, Kmart please take action.

Decided to do some last minute school shopping and thankfully the supervisor (Abby) went over and beyond to help me use my active kids voucher. It was a crazy night and I could see how busy it was for all but she still was great help, very patient & very professional. She even made sure I made complete use of them all by adding bits and pieces to use up my full amount. I can only speak highly of how professional she was even though it was almost closing time with a line full of people , great customer service & spoke to her team with full professionalism. Very friendly & super helpful.

Kmart offers easy access to the everyday items one needs, at the lowest possible prices. Located within lidcombe shopping center. Reasonable collection of items and well stocked.

If you are for large item shopping please ensure you got a trolley. Today there was no trolley on inquiry they said all trolleys are in parking. Else everything was fine.

I required assistance at the self service checkout but the two staff members were too busy talking. Eventually one staff member came over but it seemed a chore for her to do so. Maybe staff need to be trained in customer service.

Lovely ladies helping me, unfortunately there was one girl (I believe the name on the badge was abby) who was speaking poorly to other staff. Store was set out beautifully, everything is easy to find. Thank you too the two beautiful young ladies who help me.

I would rate “ZERO” “0” for your service.I ordered photo book and a photo block 2 weeks back. I got an email it was ready for pick up. I went to the store but was informed they could not find it and asked me to come back later, i went back next day and was i formed the store is out of photo book and would refund my money. I confirmed with one of the staff named “ayesha”, if they are out of 12*12 photo block aswell but she confirmed they have it in store and will not be any issue. I went back to store 3 more times to pick my photo block but they never found and after 2 weeks when i again went back to store today i am informed the order has been cancelled. Like seriously..!!! After visiting 5 times in 2 weeks..!!!!i wanted to know the reason of my order being cancelled, i wanted to talk to the supervisor/manager. Non of them showed up and informed staff over the the phone, the metalic photo was out os stock.Whaooo… what a nice approach to apologise to the customer.Both the photo block and photo book was for a very special occasion of my 10th wedding Anniversary as a gift to my wife.Thanks for ruining it and on the top of that you guys never thought its necessary to inform me that the order could not processed.

My experience with Kmart Lidcombe was great and beyond my expectations. Rosita (service desk) and Theresa (front line at the C/outs) were amazing and committed to helping. They demonstrated the customer service we all ask for. I can't speak highly enough of these two fantastic people.
