I am a Bangladeshi and i went there with three of my south african friends. I didn't want visa, I went there with my friends just to visit the border aria. In the custom check post a south african Police constable called me and at the first glance he accused me for nothing. I found him with racist mentality. He told my South African friends that every Asian are criminal, so he want to check my passport, expiation date of passport etc. while I was still inside of south africa and I wasn't there for a visa!

Stay away, they have no idea whats going on, or they can just not be bothered to care! Coming into South Africa they said I don't need a T.I.P. for my vehicle. Only when I got to Johannesburg and phoned SARS they said I do need one and the only place I can get one is back at the border post. So now I have to drive a vehicle thats illegally in the country all the way back to these jokers at the border to get one.
