We sent an urgent package to Durban via overnight courier and we paid R400.00. Later that day we got a call from them to say they overcharged us - please come a get a refund of R300.00. The next day the package arrived in Durban - efficient and honest!

I generally exclusively use Postnet for my deliveries, but this branch sours the entire brand. Refuses to pick up the phone when I call amd closes before the advertised times.

Been using this particular branch for the odd printing, sending email docs etc. Very friendly staff that offer efficient services. Prices are extremely competitive compared to the other PostNet branches in the area. They also offer a courier service and they have a selection of stationery.

This is a very good postnet. They offer great service, friendly staff and everything is very cost effective. They have a postnet to postnet" service where you can send a parcel anywhere in South Africa for R99 provided the parcel is under 5kg's . They have a stunning color printer which is a must see for anyone who wants to print in color. I asked to print something out in color and it came out very well. Great service

I loved using this Postnet branch as it is convenient (I work across the road) and the staff have always been friendly. I have recently had two bad experiences - not being able to print a poster in colour and a shoddy attempt at laminating. I certainly hope that the service improves as I am nervous to go back. Definitely not the 'customer centered' business it used to be.
