Zulzi was efficient in the beginning but they have been sending incorrect products lately.Their after sale service is bad, if you operate from 6 am to 22:00pm you should have people that are available to assist during those hours should issues arise.

Zulzi is amazing! Service is super fast. Very impressed. If they don’t have something in stock they have it on their app saying “back soon” so you don’t get surprises when you receive your delivery. Well done

I ordered 8 packs of baby soft tissue 18s and they only delivered 4 after several hours of the agreed time.No one contacted me as to why my order was incomplete, they asked me to send my banking details for a refund and even today it has not been refunded, I have called several times and no one bothers to call me back.0-stars from me

Very efficient and truthful, they deliver in just 15min even at night to accommodate those who work till late. I’m so impressed keep it up guys. I highly recommend.

Why does Zulzi drivers not have proper licenses permits in place ? This defeats the purpose of having your items delivered to your door in a complex, Zulzi is really an inconvenience, so frustrating

Incredibly fast delivery! Ordered and received my groceries in 13 minutes. I’m baffled by how they manage this quick turnaround but very impressed. Cheaper than Mr D also. Thanks!

I order from Zulzi at least twice a week. sometimes even twice a day. They deliver my order within 20 minutes without fail. Pricing is really good. Food quality is great. 5 stars! may this company soar to great heights.

Great products, great concept, very poor execution. The drivers constantly get lost when coming to deliver, I had to enquire as to whether they have navigation as no one else has gotten lost coming to my house besides Zulzi. Customer care does not respond to complaints or provide feedback. Delivery takes longer than the promised time. Very disappointed with the quality of service. You need to do better.
