Waterfall Ridge
Noisy complex with people partying well into the night and early mornings. Complaining to security does nothing. Rubbish bins are always over flowing which has resulted in cockroach infestations. The pool is green and dirty and no covid regulations are adhered to by the residences or are enforced. Noisy Airbnb visitors are now a problem too.

Only reason I'm giving it 1 stars because of the noise. Airbnb vistors have no consideration for people living here, for them it's a party spot. Making noise complaints is getting tiresome. Security won't do anything until 10pm, made 28 noise complaints since the Airnbnb opened next door. Waterfall is a residential place not a holiday place.

Pros: The Apartments are good looking, you get a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. the 2 bathrooms help a lot. Good security.Cons: Balcony space is small, there is only 1 covered parking sport for each apartment.The apartments is perfect for young professionals & students. I would not recommend it for a family of 4 , its best for 2 people to stay and share.

For the amount of money you pay for rent here the complex is noisy, fights breaking out in the middle of the night, ppl having parties midweek, cars blaring music early hours of the morning. Not great for working professionals and ppl with kids.One year later and the noise problems are worse, now Airbnb visitors are becoming an issue. They have no regard for the noise rules and security are no help at all! Want to move out in the new year.

The security guards are quite rude, they don’t know how to talk to people, one minute they nice the next they switch on you, these people are unprofessional as being a security guard means you need to know how to talk to people. Their friendliness is very selective.

I would give a lower review but it won’t let me. My sister stays in the complex and I’ve came once to visit her, they didn’t allow me in and started taking photos of my car. The security Rachel then proceeded to try and lecture me for an hour before she let me out. What disrespect from this security. Absolutely disgusting as only a guest receiving this can’t imagine what the tenants go through!Security needs to be taught how to actually speak to people.

Great place but please teach your security guards to communicate with people in proper manner, they must not bring their personal matters to work. I was waiting at the entrance and I told her which block and unit I’m going to, I moved my car to the street and she came and told me to move my car, I don’t know if she thinks Waterfall Ridge also owns a public road.

The security guards here are trash, I've never been so disrespected. The most concerning part is that people have been reporting their behavior but it seems nothing is being done about this.This Rachel woman has a stinking attitude it wreaks...My partner and I came through looking for an agent to help us in viewing the apartments and that Rachel woman immediately had an attitude problem.Now we're not even looking at staying here anymore.. imagine having to deal with such trash behavior.
