Margaret assisted me today. She was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I made an appointment and needed to wait due to recent strike actions causing system delays. I was informed there were delays shortly after arriving, which I appreciated. The place is very clean and the staff were helpful.

Cons:1. No queue management2. No ticket system3. Rude personnel4. Significant wait time before service5. No indication whether you are in the correct queue or whether your issue can be resolved when you get to frontPros:1.2.3.Why request taxpayers to come into a branch if your branches are this pathetic? SARS aim to force the taxpayer to comply yet SARS is the reason we can’t comply.

I would like to compliment the process of getting an appointment (on the webpage) and the outstanding service I received from the consultants at the George office on Friday 26 June 2020. They were courteous, and so helpful with my query, which has now been resoved. Thank you to SARS for going the extra mile, especially during these difficult times.

I go back every week to sort out my vat since Nov 2022 and no movement till now..Sars must pay back my vat ...no payment till now
