Quick, efficient, polite officers at the Customer Service Center. No queues, no problems-knowledgeable staff, willing to just get down and help you. Very impressed overall, the station was fully manned, clean and well signposted.

I needed to have a number of documents certified and found the Parkview Police Station an absolute pleasure to visit. Sgt Magugu assisted me, was friendly and extremely professional. There was a welcoming and safe atmosphere in the station. The interaction between staff and staff and clients was most encouraging and a pleasure to witness. I have always found the staff to be helpful, courteous, friendly and efficient. They are very dedicated people doing a very stressful job, and doing it really well.I just phoned them about a loud bang that emanated from the direction of the traffic circle near me (which sounded as though it could be a car accident, and as it was in the middle of the night I was hesitant to go out alone to see what had happened) and within 5 minutes they were here. I'm very grateful to have a police station nearby that has such good staff and functions so well.

Great police station. They assisted me with opening a case for a stolen phone. They were quick and efficient, a very different experience to the usual experience with bureaucracy in South Africa, good job SAPS Parkview!
