I called and keep getting promised that they will come out but cant commit to a date and time even if it is in the future. Worried if the support will be like this if you install a full system.

Absolutely horrible support of the products that they sell. Non-responsive. The ticket has been with them since JUNE 2022. It is half through SEPTEMBER 2022. Calls and messages - no help. The specialists" that they send seem to be "guessing" on how things need to be done. Once they even left me completely without electricity: their electrician installed the CT in a wrong direction

Very poor service. I place and order and paid delivery but when I follow up on the progress they will call back. It has been a week now with no delivery or feedback.

Been trying to call them 12 times today...reception answers every third time I call and then I get transferred to the sales team who did not pick up once. Needed a quote on an inverter and solar panels etc..left my number with reception and nobody has made an effort to call back

Bad Reviews don't lie been waiting for a refund for River eco-flow since 28 April today is the 9 of May still waiting no one knows when they can refund us including the people in accounts I didn't know you can receive a treatment like this from a private company.

I am very disappointed In the service, received by Rubicon Hilltop, according to the website you are closing on the 23 December.Just got off a 19 minute long call with the office to be told they will not be taking sale today 22-12 or tomorrow 23-12.We have struggled with service from rubicon for a long time spoke to previous manager and current manager (Loodt). Today when I asked for loodt the line was cut.Not very easy to work with a private company like this, this is the service that one expect from government!Loodt please call me
