Springwater Cottages are a wonderful weekend getaway. The host, Anton, is very warm and friendly. The cottage was super clean and all the neccery goods were there. The access road can be difficult as there are three high bumps, but taking them diagonally will help to get over them. It is peaceful and will recharge you.

Absolutely wonderful location for an amazing cottage that was spotless, well decorated and well supplied. Anton is a gem of a host and was there to welcome us at 9pm with a torch to guide us in and warm smile on his face.. Highly recommended .

Insanely beautiful place only surpassed by the host’s hospitality! We were warned the beds were so comfortable we’d sleep in without an alarm, and having poo pooed it because we wake up at 0600 like clock work usually, we were surprised to find we didn’t open our eyes till almost 0800...!! Found them on air Bnb and wouldn’t hesitate to go again.

I cannot begin to describe how perfect the stay was for us. The little cottage was immaculately comfortable and so tastefully decorated. Large bath tub, even an outdoor shower, lovely seating and everything you need to self cater including a French press. The beds were the absolute winner, fitted with bedding of exceptional quality produced on the farm. We could have slept through the day were it not for our alarm clock! We cycled around the property and area and our daughter loved looking at the farm animals. Only regret is only having one night free to spend there! Will definitely be back. The hosts are amazing.

What an absolute incredible experience with heart warming hosts. The units are superb, it truly feels as if you are visiting your grandparents farm. I will go back in a heartbeat!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Springwater Cottages. If you are looking for a quiet and tranquil getaway, away from the hustle and bustle, this is for you. The greatest part is that you do not have to give up the luxuries you are used to. We enjoyed staying in the cottages with some much needed peace and quiet! Thank you Anton and Sharon. A+++

Lovely view of the valley, mountains and farm and absolute silence! Safe roads to walk the dogs or go for a jog. Very comfortable bed and high quality bedding. Cellphone reception comes and goes - which suited us but just something to be mindful of. We bought stunning meat from Anton - the likes of which we are not used to in JHB, so do ask. Tks Anton for the hospitality.

This is a place to rest and to love your wife. View is excellent. Bird all the time. Quiet nights. We even had a romantic moon. We were there for two weeks and not bored at all.If you need to rest , Springwater is the BEST.

My Wife and I booked to stay here overnight on our way to the Northern Cape but the access road was damaged badly during the recent heavy rains and the cottages were inaccessible by vehicle. Anton communicated with us first thing in the morning to let us know. He was kind enough to assist us with finding multiple alternative accommodation options as we were already on the road, providing names, numbers and locations. So although we didn't get to stay here, I am giving Anton himself a 5star review for his service and friendliness. We are looking forward to re-bookkng in the future as the cottages look wonderful. Thank you Anton.
