Early this morning cars are standing in queue waiting to b served no one is attending service very poor. I saw this guy named Ali with his friend standing in corner watching the soccer result on a long slip until I have to call him personally

The staff at the bakery do not wear their masks. I wouldn't recommend them. It's the law that they wear their masks when making and serving the food but it seems that they completely ignore the law. I spoke the the manager about this and he too doesn't wear his mask. I made a stop on 3 occasions on my to the Winelands for some snacks and left the station without the pies because of this issue.

How can you sell old donuts. Just bought donuts few minutes ago. It's so dry and hard. Please people can get sick if they eat old food!! Very disappointed!!

Our go to snack shop disappointed us twice with the same product tonight just before curfew. Ordered a chicken burger pie, got beef, return to the shop to buy another chicken burger pie and again were given beef. Phoned the shop, told the guy what happened, he encouraged us to return the pie even though I told him I bit in the pie already. Told me its not a problem. Only to tell my son they can't take the burger pie back cause its eaten and they won't be able to sell it no refund...niks. Burger pies aren't labelled so you only confirm what you bought once you bite into it...so disappointed in a shop we have been supporting for years.

Really not a good till system. Nowhere do you have to swipe twice with your bank card because you took something from the shop n petrol. Ridiculous double the bank charges. I will not take something to eat if like this again.

The service at this petrol station have been on a steady decline for a while now.Slow and lethargic petrol attendants.Too little cash swipe machines means that clients must wait longer .All this speaks of absent forecourt management.I hardly ever stops here to throw petrol in anymore.

Always wait long to throw in petrol very bad service I stood there for 10mins before they helped me and when I got by the pump it wasn't working eish never had such bad service

The staff are some of the nicest people I've met in the Cape and they are always ready to help, I would walk to it right now for the amazing pies they sell, better than a 5 star restaurant I swear. Kinda a doggy area and a sa atm is a little out in the open but the staff always keep a eye on it and on the customers coming In so it's a good, safe and welcoming atmosphere

The worst garage in belhar and extremely non biker friendly. Insisted I remove my helmet to enter the shop to use the atm facility. The night manager is wearing a screen with no mask and says that my face isn't covered when I had my helmet on and completely closed. He says I might rob there store and I'm wearing my club Boondock Saints full colors pathetic customer service!
