Don't go near these guys - once you've paid them, the customer is always wrong. Very rude and uncaring management - no after sales service or help at all!

Highly rude, impolite and unprofessional team. Provides premises but does not operate from there. Wants to visit your home or office. So that they can charge $150 just to visit you. Knowledge level questionable and do not want to face the incompetency. Hangs up on phone. Their claim is monitoring system of world. Very rude customer service, the owner is an absolute loser. Hangs up on you on the phone when I'm asking a simple question about his faulty alarm product?! Will charge expensive call-out fee to resolve that issue because it's outside of warranty". Didn't bother to call consumer protection on that matter but I really should have since by Australian consumer law

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID - Do Not Use Their Services. Zero Stars. My partner had a terrible experience and to be blunt the owner of this business is one of the most ARROGANT individuals I have ever crossed. Inferior Alarm Systems with ZERO after sales service ONCE YOU HAVE PAID. Far better options elsewhere.
