Kara Nichha's Westcliff(Chatsworth)

Super friendly staff ,this store is one of the best from the kara niccas franchise, my only takeaway is that the R10 chips isn't filled till the top like the one that's situated in town durban ,the sauce as well is lightly drizzled not enough for the portion served ,but other than that I'm never as happy as I am when I have a kara nichas sandwich

I visited the Westcliff Store, waited in queue (like everyone else) just to have someone behind me served before me.That person was extremely rude (with his behaviour and rude words) and management didn't do a thing to him. He should have been asked to leave the store, but I guess money is more important to the store.When I was served, I wasn't even asked if I need a packet or not (I had my own bag with me), but was charged 70c automatically for a packet (which I didn't ask for).This seems to be a common practice at these KN stores and you might say, but it's only 70c.Multiply that amount by the huge amount of customers visiting the stores, an example of 1000 customers per day would generate an extra R700 into the till.Management needs to look at how their stores are managed.Very disappointed!

Such a disappointment from Bayview store. Went to the store at 12:30 on 11th January 2022 and things I wanted they didn't have, no soya curry, no chips, no tomatoes and few other things wasn't available then the staff was making big noise with each other about taking their special sandwiches absolutely a total mess and bad service finally got home I ordered a chips and cheese sandwich which took about 15 minutes to make I get home to eat the cheese on the sandwich is just grated and put on the sandwich what a disappointmentWill never buy from kara nichas again....

Sandwiches ordered today. The bread was stale not enough filling into the bread. Way too many onions in the bread. Feels like they just warmed it up and delivered. Very disappointed I don't often complain but this was not a good experience at all. Sorry to say but the quality of the sandwiches were on the low side.

Horrible service this evening 06-07-2021 at this branch. That black male cashier intentionally gave my order to another black customer who was after me. Other workers do more talking and dragging their feet than work. The security guard was caught with her mask down and standing next to customers. Had to wait more than 30 minutes for a small meal. Order was wrong. Tried calling the branch when I was there before I drove off but the landline just rang and the shop was still opened. Recently sometimes the guard allows 3 customers in whilst other times its 5 or 6 at a time, even though there are people still waiting in the queue.Food price has gone up quite drastically in a matter of months and the service and level of food quality has significantly dropped.This place is not worth your time.Rather pay extra for better service, quality and standards.

Kara Nichas service has gone down and prices have gone up drastically. I used to find myself at Kara's quite often for it's convenience. But stopped for a while because of the quality of food and rude/arrogant staff.Yesterday I was reminded as to why I stopped supporting Kara's. I dropped by at 5pm and watched them turn away customers because they refused to warm the food and the staff insisted that they have to serve COLD FOOD!.Further more I enquired about a few items and was so arrogantly answered by the cashier no stock" which was clearly a lie because she looked at the other cashiers for a way out to not go into the back and get me my requested items. I waited roughly 15 minutes for a coffee and fries and in that 15 minutes watched customers walk in and be treated so badly with the poor service. People are coming from work and looking for a hot meal but get turned away. Kara's is part of the Heart of Chatsworth. And being a server means being a people's person. But I can firmly say that not a single staff member in this establishment is a people's person. It truly is so disappointing and I will never return to Kara's after yesterday. This was definitely not the first experience with them."

Me and my wife decided to go shopping and felt for a Kara nichhas sandwich as we had a hectic morning and it was around late lunch time and didn't have anything else the entire day to eat... after we ate and did our shopping we started to both to feel sick...we both had the same symptoms..we thought it's coming winter and perhaps it's a mild flu because it's nearing flu season...till my wife came home she became violently ill and throwing up profusely and feeling miserable.. because I had experienced food poisoning I quickly noticed this was exactly the case (in no allegation as im saying this was purposely done)...after discussing it looking back on That moment she mentioned there were fly's present around the food / kitchen...there's nothing wrong with Kara nichhas as the food is cheap as well as enjoyable..as a business owner I would not bring another establishment down built on hard work..but this is to bring notice and attention around please be aware of were you buying food from...may it be MacDonalds or karas it's no fun when your love one is in suffering and no amount of money would be comprising...to franchise owners in fast food industry please ensure that your establishment of business is up to health codes... because I will now be extra attentive of we're I buy fast food again!!!!
