I have been a long-term customer of Hillcrest. Having just returned to Springs after being away for seven years, all that has happened is that the pharmacy has become way more advanced, organized, and professional than ever before.I can honestly say that it can seriously hold its own when compared to some of the very best pharmacies in Cape Town.Kudos to Eva, and Alexi!

Best service and super friendly staff,I forgot to ask the name of the guy at the dispensary who went over and above to ensure I get all the medicine I needed.He helped pay for the other one as the cash I had on me was not enough. That rarely happens.To you big guy ,thank you!

I drive a few km further and I go to Hillcrest. So friendly and professional. Going in or phoning in for deliveries is so easy and they know what to do, delivery guy is faster than any other delivery guy I have ever seen. They have exceptional customer service and staff. Good to back at Selcourt and support this pharmacy. My dad (Colin) and my late stepmom (Merle) were customers of this pharmacy back in the days of when they had foto first. Was there last night around 7pm and the front shop assistant was friendly and helpful. Needed tissues for my dad who had a nose bleed. The cashier too was friendly. Not sure of names. Nonetheless friendly and helpful .

A bit pricy. Sister on duty is very efficient. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable. Large variety at self-medication counter. Always busy. Parking is a problem at times. Open for long hours. Queuing system is very confusing between self-medication and Dispensary. Paypoint has no small opening in safety glass to pass card, or machine, or medication.

They do have good pharmacy assistant but there are few useless one's aswell and are not qualified to serve medicine to people.
