I give the team in the Snomaster service department an absolutely 6 stars (if there were more) for a fantastic experience. I brought my trusted fridge/freezer in for repair, as it stopped working (in all fairness it has given excellent service for more than 20+ years. Unfortunately, it was not repairable however, the service team presented me with an excellent replacement deal. I am sure I will get another 20+ years out of my new Snomaster fridge/freezer. Thank you to the team for your professional yet friendly assistance. This is why I remain a loyal Snomaster customer! (and also because they are local! Buy Local!)

Visited Snomaster on 2023-01-10 with faulty outdoor fridge still under warranty. Their service was absolutely fantastic from arrival at 10:00 until I left with the repaired item at 11:00! Many thanks to Ricardo, Adrian, Musa and Pumlani for excellent service!

After a disappointing service experiance with a local agent we contacted Snomaster to share our bad experience and were totally amazed at the FANTASTIC feedback, support and understanding we received. The whole process was monitored and feedback supplied every step of the way. Their kindness and generosity is unbelievable!We have in all honesty never had such Wonderful service from any company we have dealt with in SA. Products overall are great qaulity and good variety. Trusted brand. My visit today was for Black Friday specials and unfortunately it was underwhelming with prices no more than 10% cheaper for second hand pre loved goods compared to what you would pay for brand new items in a retail store. Black Friday secondhand goods should carry at least a 50% discount. Last year the offering was better. Will not visit again next year :-(

Bought a Snowmaster 2nd hand. Didn't have the 12V cable. Went to the branch in Edenvale. What a great experience, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Walked out with the right part, almost R400 cheaper than other retailers.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with my very old SnoMaster 56L camping fridge/freezer, as it encountered a problem that required repairs. Living in Rustenburg, I struggled to find a local company capable of addressing the issue, prompting me to send it to the Snowmaster Factory in JHB. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of an extraordinary customer journey.To my dismay, during the return shipment of my fridge, it sustained damage, due to an unknown incident. The courier company absolved themselves of any responsibility, leaving me feeling helpless. However, what followed left me astounded and forever grateful for the exceptional service I received from SnoMaster.SnoMaster took it upon themselves to rectify the situation, going above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Despite being a mishap that was not their fault, they willingly undertook the task of fixing the issue at no additional cost. But their commitment didn't stop there.To my amazement, SnoMaster decided to replace my damaged fridge with a brand new 56L SnoMaster model, covering all expenses themselves. Furthermore, they surprised me with a fridge cover and even included a remote control. Bought my first SnoMaster 3 years ago after using other brand camping fridge for years. And then my units started rusting inside the fridge area. I was worried as it was 3 years old. SnoMaster checked it and replaced with a bran new model. Wow thank you you are the best. I am now a SnoMaster fan, these people back there product and that is very important

I love my snow master but beware of Fords policies! We live remotely and it lives in the back of my club cab Ranger for the past 3 years! You may like me to be accused of overloading the vehicle's electrical system! I drive a 4x4 and took it for a service with a snow master plugged into the rear axillary plug as thousands of 4x4 uses do. It is not hard-wired into the vehicle, it is simply plugged into the vehicle's axillary plug. The axillary plug is not overloaded and still has the original fuse! They put on my job card that the vehicle is fitted with aftermarket accessories that cause a load on the electric circuit (PS it is not fitted just secured with a luggage strap to the vehicle's luggage anchor points so that it does not move around!) Why do these vehicles come with an axillary plug if they should not be used? I tried to call the service manager and was told he will call me back still waiting!
