Shocking service. Very quick to come through and carry out the works, 23 days and he hasn't returned to fix his job. Persistent phone calls and messages don't make any difference, he won't come. We got scammed, take this as a warning so that he can't screw anyone else over. ( Oh how I'm looking forward to his response and numerous excuses or finger pointing)Another example of the incompetence and lack of service delivery in this country!!!

Horrible service. Justice took our money to buy parts in order to repair our fridge and never came back. We tried to call him but the guy was not answering our calls anymore. please be warned.

Very pleased with the service provided, fixed our non frost Samsung fridge in a short space of time it's been kicking since. I would recommend them any day. More worse the after services moved me to write a comment

If I could give him them a 10, I would. My washing machine broke down on Christmas Eve. They came through assessed my device and a couple days later it was up and running. All this during the holiday period. Excellent advice and great communication!Thank you!

I’m disgusted at this poor service. They made me buy a new motor for my washing machine - which never worked. I had to use other people’s numbers to get a hold of them as they ignore calls and messages. To date I’ve spent R1700 and my machine still doesn’t work. Completely unprofessional and they outsource the work to other technicians who are clueless.

Disgusting, unsatisfactory service. From non responses, lies about being in Durban, then it changed to Cape Town when he spoke to my husband. Arrived at 7pm-ish, when he was meant to come at 11am. It's been one thing after the other. If he'd just been open and honest, we would have been able to make a plan of some sorts, but the dishonesty and could care less attitude, are the reason why I've followed up on the review my husband left.

Got Gau appliances to fix my microwave. They are very responsive, came to my home on time and fixed the appliance within minutes. Microwave works as good as new again. Highly Recommend their services!

Excellent service. Highly recommend these. chaps they went out of their way to help find a new water filter for my double door fridge and did not ask for a call out fee. Justice arrived on time took out the filter tried to source a new one. Brought it back because the supplier did not have stockHe will assist in the new year.

Terrible service from Justice!!!! Came to fix my fridge and it has not worked even for an hour. He has not bothered to come and fix it even after numerous calls. He has now decided to ignore my calls and messages. I requested for a refund to no avail. I would not recommend their services. Terrible !!!!
