THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. This basically a scam. Lawrence quoted me an amount for wooden floors, came with no materials at all, I had to pay him to get materials he got the wrong materials and too little of it. I had to pay another R1000 above my quote for his mistake. He then poorly placed it in my room, it honestly looks pathetic, if you would like to see how bad it was please message me, there were so many gaps, it wasn't staggered and most of the wooden blocks were not put in place - they came out. We expressed that we were unsatisfied and he either has to redo it or refund us, he agreed to refund us, went to fetch the cash and kept hanging up on us and put his phone off and still has not refunded us. PLEASE IF YOU WANT YOUR FLOORING DONE, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Horrible service.

Most unprofessional people I've ever worked with. They claim that they've been in the industry for more than 10 years but if you look at the work they do, it looks like this was their first job. They quoted a price and we didn't respond. Lawrence then messaged with a lower price - we did not request the price be lowered, he did that of his own will. They (Hermann & Lawrence) both confirmed they could set up the wooden floors as per the design we sent through (see image attached). Also see attached what we actually got - a complete wooden mess with pieces not cut properly, glue all over and pieces not lined up correctly and they had the audacity to call this work done. When we weren't happy with it and confronted Lawrence about it, he got very defensive and would even shout that he forgot to do the lining correctly as if this was somehow our fault. Lawrence then said we can get a refund and asked where the nearest atm was so he could draw the money and pay us. He left and never returned... I don't know about you but that sounds like some glorified scammers to me. Be safe, use someone else. Just google the service you need, these people are not it.
