Prices are very good. Store quite clean. Lots of products to choose from. However trolleys are old. Baskets could be cleaner. I think more till operators will be great. Queues are long and customers wait at the tills.

The shopping experience is just ok, nothing really to rave about.There’s is ample free parking which is a thumbs up.I hadn’t been there in while, but when I went there again a few days ago the aisles in the shop were so congested with the other product displays.It just makes it a nightmare when two trolleys are trying to pass. I’m not sure idea that was but it wasn’t thought through.The fruit and veggie section had 3 or so gazebos, which I just fail to understand the point of. It just adds clutter when you walk in.Otherwise it was just an average experience.

I just came back from returning a box of rotten fish fingers. I bought them 30 minutes ago and was disappointed when I got to my place.They were so rotten they were almost porridge. My place and my car smells disgusting right now. They couldn't even touch the plastic when I showed them. Unfortunately nobody apologized to me. The manager that I spoke to looked annoyed and rude, didn't even respond when I greeted her. I'm so disappointed and will never shop there again. Now I have to figure out how to get rid of this smell.
