Staff are friendly and food is great. We were a table of 6 and the orders were a little mixed up but they did try their best to make sure everything came in the end. Great place to stop for a bite if you’re in the terminal between flights.

I got very disappointed here that I ordered online, but only to wait for my order while watching it placed aside. Worse of all, I couldn't get my till slip. Those ladies were clueless on even how to re-print it as I needed it.

The approach of the person when we were entering Nandos about 5 min ago was too bad, he came to me & told ' NO TROLLIES ', is that the way Nandos OR Tambo greet their customer's ??????That's how we are promoting our country, surely they are trained to handle customers as you getting customers from all over the world. Disappointing!!!!!!!

Misleading advertising. Menu say full chickenR139. NEXT line it says plus 4 rolls R164. NEXT LINE it says plus 2 sides R199.... guess what they only give u one said and say that the second is the 4 rolls... Misleading... then why doesnt the second line say plus one side or the third line say add plus one side...Also the chicken served was not done.. had to send it back.Airport always skimps on the portion size of the sides...

Staff were rude and slack. They behave as if they are doing you a favour.The wait was very long, we had to wait 45minuted for two quarter chickens, and the food still arrived ice cold.When we sent the food back for it's poor quality the staff behaved even worse.The standards of this place has really declined due to poor customer service.

This store can get busy and that's because Nandos is one of the tastiest foods you'll find.The staff here are not too friendly and even an attempt to lighten up the mood is futile.At least the tasty food covered up for tasteless service.Wash basin available to clean up whatever fingers are left and store is kept acceptably neat and tidy.

They have the best chicken in the world and it’s nice and fresh they do get busy but they help everyone quick and you can do online orders for faster service the breakfast bunch is to die for

Loves the food and service. Good seating and dining option. Ores wrong process is easy and dine in facility is provided with table service. The sauce is conventional and great peri peri. Price is reasonable with no hikes priced being inside the airport terminal, which is appreciated.

Was a convenient place to sit and take a load off before heading out. The food was good and the service was friendly and fantastic. They have glasses allowing you buy large bottles of cold drink or tap-water if you wish. Availability to the range of sauces from Nandos.

Imagine you're enjoying your meal and you're asked to get up so that the staff can close the door. You're trying to explain that you'll move once you're done with your meal, but the staff member is impatient and proceeds to move the table. Can you imagine?? This was our experience at the Nandos, O.R Tambo franchise. It was then that my husband insisted that he leave us alone to enjoy our meal. Can you imagine, having to ask to be left alone to enjoy the meal which you paid for??On getting up to eventually leave, I didn't realise that the glass doors were right behind me, which I bumped into and hurt myself. We felt like they were trying to get rid of us. If you don't want customers, then keep the doors shut!The staff at this Nandos establishment need some serious customer service training, like immediately! If you so hate your job then leave. Although, the staff can't entirely be blamed. This kind of behaviour is being tolerated or even modelled at management level.The putrid service is not worth me spending my hard-earned money there. Will never set foot there again!
