I have adored this spa ever since I visited it the first time. I have had many poor service spa experiences due to snooty spa therapists. Urban bliss is an exception, you feel welcomed, spoiled and treated with respect. A beautiful spa in the heart of Greenside focused on complete welness. Massages here are so effective!

I went for a massage and pedicure. The owner was great and tried her best to accommodate me and give me an appointment on Saturday afternoon. I would suggest avoiding Saturday afternoon appointments though. The therapist I had , complained at having to work in the afternoon and really did not do a great job on the massage or pedicure. I probably will not be returning there due to that therapist's attitude and mediocre treatment.

This place is AMAZING. The therapists as well as the owner are so polite and accommodating. They serve very delicious coffees, teas and other drinks. I always look forward to ANY treatments I go for... Ayesha's facials are second to none. I always walk out if there fully satisfied and confident enough to take on the world! TOTALLY WORTH A 5 STAR AND MORE! Highly recommend Urban Bliss to anyone who wants exceptional quality treatments!!

Thank you for such a relaxing day. We were welcomed with such warmth and the staff were amazing. Everything ran on schedule and the lunch was delicious.

What a delightful place to be! The ambiance and atmosphere here is so relaxing, calming and peaceful. If you're thinking of taking a break from the hustle and bustle of city life, this little gem offers an array of holistic therapies and treatments to cater to your every need. The staff are wonderful and so friendly. The owner is very hands-on and learned in her field. She knows exactly what she's doing and talks you through the entire process as you relax and enjoy your treatment.
