The worst experience in the life I've been doing nails. I got to the salon to enquire about the type of nails I want to do, the receptionist called the nails tech and they started asking each other how much the nails costs and then told me R380 + soak off R110 = R490 okay made an appointment, mind you the first nail tech told me she can't do the design I wanted but the other nails tech who's in the bathroom will do me. When I came back the another nail tech who can do the design said she can't do my nails because she doesn't want to knock off late. My nails looks like I placed bubble gums on them and paint them Black. I don't know why this shop/salon exist. My God they're clueless. My first time doing my nails there and Never again

I went there for the first time today.Wonderful customer service, the staff is professional & friendly. I had the most wonderful hair care experience. They pay attention to detail. & they are quick.I will be going there to take care of all my cosmetic needs from now on.

Friendly staff and good service

I physically came in to make an appointment with Mpho for the next day, & when I arrived for my appointment, she was in the middle of braiding another client. All the other ladies were also braiding & it would be hours before they were done.I'm so disappointed by the lack of professionalism & So angry at the inconvenience they have caused me.
