Very friendly, amazing service. I had a mechanical issue with my bike about 100 km out of town. I found East Coast Cycles on Google and phoned them to find out if they kept the part I needed (I spoke to Kevin). I phoned Kevin a few times to keep him updated on my progress, he remembered my name when he answered the phone which I thought was amazing. When I finally managed to get my bike to him, he immediately came out when he saw me coming and fitted the part for me. It was an excellent experience.

Had an incident with my bike while traveling to Jeffreys that damaged the handlebar and seat. Kevin from East Coast cycles was an absolute life saver and sorted me out quickly with excellent service. Highly recommend.
