First time receiving burnt meat from them hope they do better was not happy with the food today

I ordered food around 12h00 according to the app my food should be delivered by 13h30. At around 14h00 I tried calling the shop with no response. Then at around 14h05, I got a notification that my order was cancelled yet the money was deducted from my account. I tried calling the shop again with no response. I got worried and drove to the shop and attendant after I explained my concern, the attendant said my food was given to the wrong driver, which was the reason for the cancellation I asked him what is the procedure onwards and he showed me a number on his phone saying I must call this guy. Very unprofessional assistance!! I called the guy( Thabo) and explained my problem and he confirmed that he will make sure my order will be prepared and delivered within 30min. It is now 17h50 and no food as yet.What ashamed service. Will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN.

We ordered food via uber eats. The order was wrong. We phone the restaurant and asked to cancel the order. We were told they cant and will fix the order. We never received any of our food that we paid for. Shocking service. Will never order from Braai Block Town Square ever again!

Saltiest lamb chop in town. But not nearly as salty as the young lad at the till. You should never be client facing if you do t have the personality for it. He then had the audacity to add a “service charge” he hadn’t discussed with me after not giving me decent service. I’d rather order in than set foot again here.

Worst place to order food, I wonder how this wack place made it to Uber eats delivery. The food is horrible, as for service they make it seem like they are donating the food to you while you paid for it. I wish there was an option to rate 0 (zero). The food is horrible!!!!

I had stopped ordering from Braaiblock since 2022. Decided to try them again just giving them another chance. They disappointed me once more. I bought- the Braai 4,- 2* Brisket meal and- 2 * extra starch as backup as I know they always give small portion of food.The Braai 4 was so tiny. The pap was the only thing that was enough.BraaiBlock we loved and tried to support you. Please do better for your customers. Stop giving small and/ wrong orders when we are paying for good service and good meals.

When you guys opened I was so impressed. Telling everyone about you. Everytime I uber eats your braai share 4. it gets smaller and smaller. you cant feed 4 people with it anymore. I truly hope you guys can provide the quantity we all use to

Your service stinks. You just lost another customer. We come to spend our hard earned money there and you treat us like you are doing us a favour. Very appalling.

Terribly appalling service from the staff and the meat was almost as dry as biltong. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Please note a waiting time of 20 to 25 minService with a smile. Portions could be a little bit more to when they first opened.Meats OK depends on the mood of the person doing the meat or you might get too much salt. Been there only 5 times so maybe this is not fair on them. There is still room for improvement.
