Woolworths Food Village Square

This pertains to the coffee station.Dear Woolworths, I recommend you please train the two ladies who were at the kiosk this morning at 07h15. Besides not being able to make proper coffee, they also are not attentive to customers. I stood there for more than two minutes waiting to order while the big lady avoided any contact and counted money. No, she doesn't care that a customer is waiting and she cannot be polite to greet or advise that she will attend.If Matthew or the other polite professional male baristas are not there, then I will go elsewhere.Please train your staff. Smiles and a professional attitude are free.

This is a very modern and well layed out Woolworths. They have a wide range of food and drinks available and also have a restaurant where you can sit down for a bite to eat. Their take away coffee is very good!

27.4.23 at 11h00am. W Café needs stronger experienced staff. Although restaurant was busy, staff did not acknowledge new or existing patrons to the expected standard. I noticed many people walked away instead of a quick short que.Once seated, I waited a while to be served. Food took long and I could not wait to leave. The manager also did not appear as hands on" as noticed at other busy well-run W Cafés such as Tygervalley."

I will drive extra distance to get to this particular store; so worth it. Always well-stocked with everything I could ever need. Always clean. The tellers are usually friendly and helpful. Seems to get better and better!

Been shopping there since it opened. Customer service, over the years, has deteriorated. Two managers who are not particularly helpful and everything is an effort. If you would like more information regarding my experiences, I am more than willing to come to store.Raymond is the best.

I walked in and an I immediately noticed how well stocked all the shelves and fridges were. The layout is great, it felt welcoming. It's different to many other Woolies I have been too... pity its not close to me because the one closest to me is not as great as the one in Village Square...

Worst W cafe!!Visited this branch 2 times, waiters still need training!! Coffee was cold, eggs was cold with eggshells in......only rye toast available, wow with a Woolworths food shop right there! Is there any management??

Had breakfast and coffee, very nice meal and enjoyable experience. It's a nice and comfortable space and staff are all friendly and accommodating.

Very well stocked store and great products.However the restaurant is a little dismal.I had to sit and watch the manager pick her teeth in front me while I ate my plastic looking omelette.Expected a better prepared meal for the price I paid.. No jams for toast considering there is a store attached to the place. So I assume management is not on the pulse.The sun is so bad in the shop if you facing outside and the sun is setting, you are blinded with reflections of glass doors and the cars. Very frustrating. They called pergolas you need them.. service was Average, (mangement)Needs improvement in the management, for such a a great new location.Good brand I am sure they will work the kinks out. Will always support nevertheless..1 month later and ther service is still poor. The mangers sits us in outside near the cars with a 3yrold and then we are forgotten. No service had to go call for a waitress. We ended up leaving because we couldn't wait anymore. Management at your restaurant is shocking. Not impressed once again.. if you prepared to wait and get bad service good luck. That was the last time we go there...
