Dr I Mayet is the best dentist I've ever came across!I've been to many dentists in my life time, and boy let me tell you if you've ever been scared of going to the dentist then don't fear when Dr Mayet is near. He makes you feel at ease and most comfortable. The practice is located in a very modern up style complex and gives you a feel of serenity when you sitting in that chair, very sophisticated while being able to watch your favourite Netflix movie/series. I would recommend anyone to go to Matrix Dental Specialist if you want a pain free experience.They have the best protocols in place before Covid has struck, and now the bar has been set even higher. A practice whereby everything is founded at one facility, ranging from dentists, surgeons, orthodontists etc.The staff is incredible, a very homely environment if I could rate it 10 i would!

I had a 3 Hour appointment for an Extraction, 2 Implants and a Clean up. Dr Bhamjee is Professional and extremely empathetic. He explains each step with you and keeps comforting and re-assuring. He is very Gentle. I did not feel a thing while he was busy and the next day, while prepared for pain, I felt Nothing at all. I will recommend Matrix for all your Dental needs.....I am only using theme from now on forward

Had a bit of work done over the past year with various practitioners at Matrix Dental. Everyone there is amazing, and they are very friendly practice from the front staff to the dental teams. My teeth are finally all fixed and healthy again thanks to Matrix Dental.

Sorry to write this feedback, but Matrix have receptionists with worst possible attitude sitting over there as if they own this world. Treating phone calls and queries for appointments in a very unhumanly manner. Forget about the appointment, I would not even think of recommending Matric for even a googoe search to anyone. World will not fall down without Matrix, remember you need to be human being first..

Incredible! An utterly professional dental practice rarely if ever found. Having had extensive dental work done by numerous dentists and feeling miserable about the state of my mouth, , I was referred to Matrix with my initial consultation handled by Dr Bhamjee. . It was like entering a different world and the care, knowledge and holistic and aesthetic -conscious approach resulted in me feeling completely at ease and thoroughly informed of what was needed. Thank you! I look forward to having my implants done and getting my periodontal issues dealt with by your team!

Absolutely brilliant. Such a great team. My teeth are thankful. Wi-Fi is great. They awesome with kids. It’s pricey :)

My daughter used to fear going to the dentist so when I made an appointment to assess whether she required braces, I anticipated the same anxiety & reluctance!During the consultation I could tell that she felt at ease in spite of this being her first visit to the practice. This was my post pleasant and by far the best experience at the dentist in my life. The facility within itself is amazing, but that of course should be synonymous with the amazing and humorous people who work there. The doctor and assistant who cleaned my teeth did an outstanding job and they are so experienced at what they do! The doctor was very funny and cheered me up throughout the cleaning session. The receptionist was kind and respectful. You have made my trip to the dentist oh so pleasant. Thank you so much to Dr Mayet & his team !!

Unacceptable to wait 30 minutes post your appointment time WITHOUT any notification of how late. Dr Bhamjee did not even acknowledge how late he was. For a premium service this is not acceptableEdit - as google won’t allow me to comment on your response, I suggest you edit for the facts. I have saved telephonic conversations with your reception acknowledging they did not inform me the doctor was running late and that I eventually left 25 minutes after my schedule appointment.If you are going to write false testimony on a negative review to save face then I suggest you reassess your ethical code of conduct.Dr Bhamjee called me at 12:11 (some 45 minutes after my appointment) and naturally I was at my next meeting. He then called later and stated that I need to realise this is common practice in the industry and still not taking any responsibility for wasting my time.I highly suggest whoever replied on behalf of Matrix Dental contact me AND edits their response before further action is taken.
