Game Paarl

WORST service. Complete idiots working at customer service/returns. They have no knowledge about their jobs. They tried to avoid me and colleagues were wasting time and have social conversations instead of assisting me. Eventually I took matters in my own hands and made the calls myself from my phone. They didn't even know their own Game contact numbers and details. They have no skills and no knowledge. They are being paid for being neglectful and disrespectful.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Bought a TV and a few days later we returned the TV( in the same condition that the salesman gave it). Yet they refused to give a refund because the item should have been returned within 2-3days of the purchase date, yet nowhere it stated the refund period. At the back of the slip the period is within 30days. When I asked to see the manager they told me to come back after an hour.Did report the situation to head office and they reassured us Game Paarl will call within 2 business days, its been 5days already. Therefore you are not complying to the consumer rights, the Right to Accountability by Suppliers.Very dissatisfied in your services.

I do not even want to waste to much time writing a review on this store. Extremily unfriendly staff. Very very bad customer service. No one to be found on floor to help. Staff avoiding customers. Slow check-out points and to little. I can go on and on. AVOID!!!

Worst 'service'. Managers and staff have an attitude and makes it seem as if you are the one that is insane for wanting service. Staff member that 'helped' me could literally not count to 3 I had to count to three on my fingers to show manager that indeed they can refund or replace my faulty matress. Disgusted.

Organized and so far always get what we looking for. Shop is always just very very hot inside

In a time when people complain so easy about the slightest little thing...I'd like to say a massive thank you to the manager at the Game store Paarl and the salesman, Marshall...for their absolutely fantastic service and friendliness, when I made a purchase this morning. You guys are simply amazing and I will always recommend friends and family to buy at Game. ❤❤❤

Worst customer service I've experienced. Will never buy from Game Paarl again.

Fridge damaged and making weird squeaking noise when I turned it on for the first time, been doing that for a week now, will be returning. Also when exchanging an item my mother bought with her pensioners card I had to pay the full price again, even if I had her card and she was unable to come in herself due to medical issues. I had to pay the discount given to her to do an exchange on a item that was broken when she bought it.

Kak service towards clients....hope it will improve....

The assistance when I purchased products was good, although I had to walk around and ask who is in charge of the section. However, I was promised that the fridge I bought was going to be delivered today. I called just before 3 and was told they are waiting for the driver and that they will call me back at 4. IT IS NOW 5:20.. I also can't get through to the store to follow up. Very disappointing and annoying. Quick to assist when you want to buy but the delivery of the service is poor.
