Could not for the life of me get an instant EFT going monthly, which forced me to do manual payments (which people forget about VERY easily) so they terminated my account. Their payment methods are problematic (I've been trying to setup my instant EFT payments for months with them, no problems with other providers) Rather stick with something else. Luckily, the website I hosted (only hosting) wasn't used, but remember I also had an issue where my site got pointed to another site due to them updating nameservers. Asked them to remove the hosting completely now.Edit : As I cannot reply directly back to Insly here, I'm replying by editing my review. Yes, payments HAVE been going through, but I had to login, do the payments, wait for my OTP's, type in my OTP, click on pay etc. An absolutely frustrating thing I had to do EVERY month. This has lead to missed payments as I'm not using the hosting actively and forget that I have to go and manually pay every single month. Then I was sent an emailing saying that my account was suspended, not a problem. As mentioned, I did not use the hosting actively and didn't even load a website on it. My problem was that the automated payments NEVER worked for me. It did in the beginning, but then it stopped, forcing me to manually pay every month. I have automated payments with a whole selection of companies, never have issues. Inslyhost was the only company I had to do manual payments with. Maybe it's just my account at Insly, who knows? Anyway, I did cancel the service now. Just something to look into.

At first I wouldn't mind recommending this web host provider, because everything was fine and it worked.Until they started revamping their website, it's like they didn't care about me as a client, my website was down and I couldn't get it back up.The switched from using Cpanel to something called Direct Admin (the name is kind of foggy in my head), which I was fine with cause am more concerned about my website running.Then came the time I try to reach out to customer service, and I couldn't get anyone, I even sent multiple emails and the was no response.In my emails I simply wanted my new login details for the new Direct Admin thing and I got nothing.That means my hosting plan was all a waste as I only got to use it fit 2 months.I will give it to them for communicating that they will be making changes but I do hate the lack of communication relating to me as a customer with a concern.This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and if you ask me I won't recommend this provider.If you want to take the risk be my guest, but I assure you that the are better providers out there who can match their prices, so please look for another provider for a better experience

I have know INSLY Host, since when it started. The best in town reliable and also do great web development. I fully support the company not because of their great systems and skill to do work, but stand level up any mistakes and make sure as client we are informed and matters always comes greater than before.

Peace of mind when it come to web hosting. they hosting our 2 companies and been using them for years. Very happy with them.

Beware of doing business with a company that will take your money and not renew domains. They will not answer emails, phone calls or make contact. They just take your money and left me high and dry.

-My websites vanished for countless times. After spending time developing it.-Our Client's websites kept on vanishing, with all the effort that we spent on the development and sealing deals with clients, which caused us the loss of money and trust from some clients.-Their support and backup is useless as they can't even answer to websites and work that keeps on vanishing.-Insly Host Support don't attend to their live chart , and neither do they answer their calls and WhatsApp texts.-We later purchased the reseller hosting plan hoping maybe the quality nor value of the experience will change, but websites just keep on vanishing without any trail.-We had to take our business elsewhere

Beware of this Company!!! Websites just vanish into thin air no support, they don't answer their Calls nor Support Tickets a client Website just went offline out of the blue, I contacted them to restore the site but what I got was direct admin coming soon page from then they never answered my calls or support Tickets, this happened with more than 1 sites....Do not Host with them if you really value your project and money

1. My main website vanished 3 times.2. All my clients' websites and accounts randomly vanished.3. My email accounts along with my client's email accounts vanished.4. I can never get a hold of support through phone calls or Whatsapp.5. Support is bad overall.

I am satisfied with the service; support is outstanding. I would recommend anyone who needs a domain to contact them. My experience wasgood.
