Very disappointed in Highveld Mall after sale service. My new contract phone screen protector lifted not even 2 months after I bought the phone. Now they have excuses of me abusing the phone. Pathetic service.

Employees seem as if they have no idea in what they are doing, we ended wasting an hour and 30 minutes just for them to tell us Come on Saturday" SATURDAY?! I have to wait a full 48 hours. I just wanted to buy a New phone and watch."

Completely unhelpful, was told to just phone customer care in regards to number porting..It took an awesome trainee from the Vodacom4U store to assist me in less thab five minutes.Do yourself a favour skip this store and go straight to Vodacom4U store.

It was very crowded, as we tried to buy 2 prepaid sim cards for our time in South Africa. The staff was ok, but they seemed a bit uninterested to help us.

My phone was fixed and I'm grateful to the technician, the stuff on the floor where not helpful and they are unwelcoming. It pains me to experience such a bad service from young people who should be vibrant and helpful. Looking at your previous reviews I can see that not the only who experiences such a bad a service, can the management do something about it.

Most definitely hands-down the worst customer service ever, when needed of service I highly recommend not to make use of Vodacom shop at highvel mall...!!!The way they treat there customers is very poor!!!
