World's View

The view is amazing, that much is true. But security at the gate, not so great. Maintenance takes forever to fix things like a friends apartment still waiting for maintenance.

Enjoyed a few pleasant evenings here. View is breathtaking, location is convenient, furnishings are comfortable and owner/manager is pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely use this establishment again when I am in the area.

Terrible communication and cooperation. Terribly regretful signing a lease with this complex and have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior with a body corporate. The prepaid electricity; Sigma, is also unhelpful and does not allocate payments correctly or on time. Do not recommend renting here. Very unhelpful and misplaces documents. Have not been on the system since I moved in, had to resend documents multiple times. Sole owner of the complex only contacted me once after months of trying to receive contact information on him, which he then only contacted me in regards to complaints on their side, and has no regard for the issues I’ve had for months. I resolved my issues from my side, yet they did not follow through from their side. 0/10 do not recommend, have heard from previous tenants the complex has lost value over the years.

Excellent, secure, upmarket complex at the top of Northcliff hill. Amasing views across Northern and North Western parts of Gauteng that are hard to beat in Joburg.

Beautiful apartment complex....Neat and clean...Up to date....Would love to live in this complex...Safe and well kept....Apartments have breathtaking views...Night time is a dream...Well situated as well..
