Excellent service from Achmat even though he was alone in the shop with other staff off sick. Extremely patient and very helpful. Dealt with all customers on his own as best as possible.

I must commend Achmat for his professionalism in assisting me with my number transfer which I thought I had done at another store only to discover it wasn't done. It felt like he wanted to help in any way he could not like the feeling I get in other stores where I feel they only want assist with opening another contract. Keep up that kind of service Achmat.

I had the worst experience ever. The guy that was helping me was picking his teeth as he was talking to me. He later on lied and said that the insurance call centre was closed on Sat and Sunday just because he did not feel like helping me further.

Only Vodacom I go to for over 8 years, same 3 consultants working there and always friendly going the extra mile no matter the situation. I would even go and just sit in the shop to lift my spirit with their humorous interactions with clients.

Best assistance I’ve had. Would not recommend going to any other Vodacom branch. Had a problem to be solved and after going to a different branch and being unsuccessful, Alecia at the De Ville branch assisted me to solve it within minutes.

As a prospective new customer, porting from MTN to Vodacom, this store is not doing the Vodacom brand any favours. Numerous calls to their landline go unanswered. Why bother having a phone if you aren't going to answer it?

This store has integrity and character. Helped me to resolve an issue that Vodacom Tygervalley caused by incorrect data capture and then total apathy to revisit, resolve, or even respond.Achmat and team prove that good service still exists. Even more, their character made the difficulty I was experiencing seem tolerable. Absolute rays of light amongst a sea of apathy and incompetence.Thank you, Achmat! You are a legend.
