Charge an arm and leg, and then give poor service. Still waiting for Treasure to email me my invoice as promised.

I've been delaying writing this review for 4 years now, but the experience today has made up my mind. Here is my timeline:1. Bought a demo vehicle in August 2019- Initially quoted on the wrong model. Mistakes happen so we went ahead.- Delivered the car with a cracked mirror, and no mention of such. They did however repair it when I phoned.- When I took the car to TWT to put the tracker on they pointed out that the entire engine cover underneath was missing. There was also a noticeable mark where something had hit the car. The dealership apologised and eventually repaired it.2. First Service- No contact during the day. Had to phone and find out when my car would be ready.- Car was delivered to me dirty without being washed.3. Second Service- Exact same experience as first on the first time. Except I then had to bring the car back as they didn't have the necessary parts. This was to repair an oil leak.- Second service day I then had to walk up into their garage at the top to get my car after waiting more than 20 minutes for someone to help.3. Todays service- Get a phone call from their service rep that my car will be ready at 3. I plan my day accordingly and just before I am about to leave at 3 I get a call that the car will not in fact be ready at 3.- I am notified that there is yet another oil leak, and they yet again do not have the parts on hand to fix the car.- So yet again I am expected to bring my car back again.Unfortunately, there is no alternative dealership nearby that can honour the manufacturer's service plan so I am a captive customer here.I would also point out that they are the only premium car brand that does not offer a shuttle service.In summary - the dealership is just poorly run and simply doesn't deliver the level of quality expected of a premium brand. This is based on 4 years of experience now with no noticeable sign of improvement.

Dismal public relations. Really uncaring customer service. They do jot gp the extra mile. Been dealing with Mitsubishi for years, they actually care. Volvo, you really should up your game.

Dealership inherently dishonest, selling insurances that were irrelevant to the brand new vehicle purchased and then simply washing their hands when the promised coverage did not materialise. Strongly recommend choosing a different dealership when purchasing a new or used vehicle as these people will give you zero after-sales support.
