This was the worst experience. I ordered something for my graduation and the suit was so low quality and the material was thin you could see through it. I asked them to exchange and they told me to write down the items I wanted to exchange with. I did that then they told me that the order will be picked up between 8 and 2. No one came and it was the weekend. They eventually picked up the order but I’m still waiting for a refund. They processed it but the whole process took 3 weeks. Never again!

Loved the experience with them online their products are amazing for their price, I’d love to highlight something. When ordering online on a Friday the overnight shipping option isn’t the best, I’ve learnt from my mistake but it would be great if the option would be unavailable on a Friday. All in all I’m enjoying my pieces from them. Will be ordering from them again.

My personal experience with this people is on the level below my shoe. Im always charged R100 for shipping fees and now all of a sudden they charged me R150. My colleagues recently made an order and we staying in the same area but they were charged R100. I don't understand why. I just want my R50 back. It might mean nothing to you but it definitely means something to me

Poor service. They make you pay R99 for delivery and promise to deliver within 2-3 days. It’s been five days now and I haven’t received my Order. Yesterday I was told my Order will be deliver on Friday the third and guess what , no delivery made. I placed the order on the 28th by now it should be at the door. This is my first and last time placing an order with yellow sub trading

I usually order online and pick up my packages at their store. Saves me time and the process is honestly hassle free. Exchanging the said items has never been a problem, so long as I had my invoice in hand. Refunds upon the presentation of a valid invoice are also available should you not be satisfied with your product.
