This gym saved my December body! Super easy and affordable to sign up just for the holidays and they have all the equipment you need!! There's always a friendly face to greet you and it's very neat and clean. I would highly recommend MFC!

Well equipped, friendly service and great atmosphere! They have all the required equipment, martial arts classes, variety of fitness classes, sauna, sunbed,etc. And they also cater for long term members as well as visitors!
