Great service and fair prices

Good service n pleasant n helpful sales person n Manger.

Extremely unpleasant sales manager. The salesman had agreed on a price and threw in a few extra's at good prices. We drove to Suzuki to keep our options opened, but returned to Toyota to take the deal as it was a good one. The sales manager did not allow the deal to go through and increased overall quote by 15k. He then said there are no Starlets available. My dad and I came home and made call to same Toyota and spoke to another salesman. He confirmed Starlet we wanted is available. I even made him triple check and he said yes, there is one for you currently available. I'll never consider buying from Toyota Pmb again. Probably a good idea to service my cars elsewhere as well.

Good efficient service although there was a bit of a sting in the tail. An expensive repair needs to be done. They were accommodating in that regard.
