The most unfriendly service ever. Arrived at the Store at 16H50 to be told that they are closed, when I asked what time to they close because their trading hours online states 17H30 he replied: we close at 17H00 but we don't take anymore customers at this time because we have been robbed many times and as for online trading hours you may call MTN yourself there's nothing we can do about it""

Poor poor poor service....3 people usually behind the counter...1 is helping customers...1 usually looking how this person is working and 1 always walking up and down at the back pretending to be busy....You will find long queues here most of the time...

I was in a rush and hoping to get help under an hour. It's unfortunate that the advertised deals on the printed catalogue did not match that on the system. Time was wasted because the cashier had to call the head office to confirm. Otherwise, I got what I wanted and still happy. Welcoming staff I must say - did apologised.

what I hated the most was seeing a woman on crushers unable to come close to the store, it's not friendly for such people and with wheelchair. she was not offered a chair to stay on while being helped. no one asks people on que what help you came for. you wait to only find out the help you need can not be found there... I could go on and on but talking about mtn is tiring

I really DO NOT understand how a physical store can list an incorrect phone number on their Google listing when it is the first thing you look for online when trying to get hold of them. We are living in a digital era where this kind of information needs to be readily available especially if you don't have time to go into a store to get information. Fix your listing!
