Their customer service is very poor, their workmanship also unsatisfactory, they don't attend to your complaints and issues they promise to attend to. I would advise you to look somewhere else for a better service.

I went to fetch my Car on Friday 8th May 2020, They Made my Car New again, couldn't believe my eyes. Your service, Johan and Team Parana is the best..I was presented with an opportunity to choose the panel beater of my choice and I went straight to Parana and for all issues i will encounter with my vehicle Parana will always be my first choice. Yoh! The worst ever.These ones kept my vehicle for 3weeks with no progress until I went there to put pressure and they did everything in 7hours,which clearly showed me they were just lazying around. I will never use them again.

They gave me a bad service and they always increase their quotations. I will never in my life work with them again... They don't care about customer service. I won't recommend anyone to go there
