Great service all the time, the staff in particular are very friendly, food is generally good but unfortunately they lack choice of non meat food and they always out of stock on the veg options.

I frequently visit this eatery and it's always a pleasure, The staff are always friendly and the food is done just the way I enjoy it again a very reasonable price. Breakfast with a coffee for R55..that's just the best deal in durban right now. Thank you mugg n bean hyper.

Zama is an amazing waitress, loved my experience before the food arrived. She was chirpy, happy and a real treat to spend time with her. Service was incredible and food exceeded expectations. Thank you so much!

The worst experience I have ever had at a Mugg & bean . We were rushed by the waiter who said they were about to close and we need to finish our food quick . He started packing chairs from other table and as soon he finished he came and stood in front of us ,!We asked why he was standing in front of us staring at us he said because he is waiting for us to finish ? How rude !!! We Reported it and manger called and said he will look at it and come back to us , he never did . It’s been 4 months . He probably brushed it off . This used to be my go to for coffee and light lunch but I stopped . Mugg & bean Kensington total garage is the best . They even know what I want before hand . Their food preparation is also tops . Will rather starve than go back there . Pity the owners don’t know , but we still use some of their branches like Gateway ,Umhlanga sands and Umdloti .
