Cash Crusaders Goodwood

I have a second hand Doogee phone which its speaker was blaring a bit and the camera has a red filter on it and not from the app. I had it for 5 months when it completely broke. I then took it back for repairs where I find that the entire stuff are unprofessional it took an hour just to get someone to book it in which looked really suspicious sending me between staff, no body wanted to help so when the manager finally helped he mention two option either to send it a local repair shop that will take two week to be repaired or send it to Doogee SA they will take a bit long and that he go there every Fridays only, I then wanted a screen protector as well then he said it has to go to Doogee which I agreed too also made it clear that they should not clear my phone. Weeks later I contacted cash crusaders to find out if the phone is ready the manager then replied that he needs to check and will phone me the next day but he did not phone. I allowed a two days to go by when I phoned again when he replied that the phone is unrepairable and that I can take something else in store at the same value I then told him no and that I wanted all content on the phone.I then phoned them today about 5 times eventually they answered they had excuses and that I should call back because they have a lots of customers at the counter, the tiller then ignored me when I asked if Im not a customer repeatedly and continued helping the walk ins, the manager then answered with no solid reason why they are taking so long and that the phone is partially fix but had to reset the which I told him that I give no authority to clear my phone and that he still cant tell me if the speaker is fixed I then asked if Doogee not send a condition report with the phone stating the condition he could not answer then uttered no they do notI then asked where and when can I collect my data from my phone he then replied any time I will just have to see the boss for the phone

I just popped into your store in Goodwood mall to browse, while browsing the generator must hve stopped working and the lights went off. A gentleman by the name of khanisyo approached me and approached me and from what I could make out through his very bad English and chewing gum wa just go out of the store, how do you employ people like that? I will not be entering your store ever again

Staff not very helpful and talking to each other while in process to assist me as the customer.Also not sure how to deal with the sale and what is alloud or not when purchasing an item.Worse service I ever experience of a Cash Crusaders store.They must go and learn from the branch in Durbamville what is customer service.

I have worked in retail for some years, and I say this with confidence..... Goodwood branch staff has given me the best service I ever received from any other store.... Not just cash crusaders.... Love them

Probably the nicest Crusaders I have been to and was helped by a really friendly young salesman. I was even treated like a very important buyer by all incl the lovely manageress.

Pleasant experience esp from Luc and Segan, was not instore everything done over the phone but communication fantastic from all incl receptionist to other that assisted on my purchase and delivery. Well done and Thank you

I don't know why i browse these shops but i always find myself walking the aisles.... i am not running the place down.... but with so many stories doing the rounds i refrain from making purchases.

One of the sales people tried to scam me out of money when I tried to purchase a specific item with a fixed price. He wanted me to buy the item with my bank card at a 'discounted' price and then to directly give him cash in return for his 'favour'. It turns out he swapped the price stickers with a cheaper item to make it look like I was getting a bargain but in actuality I was paying full price and giving him cash on the side (basically spending more than the actual asking price for the item).Luckily another salesman at the branch caught on and alerted the manager who then took statements from me and the con artist salesman guy. They then offered the item to me for the price that the con artist salesman offered and deducted the balance from his pay.I am grateful for the other salesmen and manager for being honest and giving me a bargain but to anyone going here be careful and check your pay slip and the price sticker to see if they correlate.

Been a few times. If they not just generally slow and giving bad customer service (comparing to Maitland and Rosmead) then by early afternoon, they out of funds. I sold a bunch if Ghd's easier and for more on marketplace. And if there is loadshedding, forget about it! Store closes and your put out.

Disappointing... on 3 occasions I have asked for items to be kept for 1 day and on my return to purchase items have been sold. When asked why told that manager said so.
