Posted a year ago about being overcharged repeatedly, these days they sell expired food. Still only buying here as a last resort, and seems even then it isn't worth it

Awesomely got assisted today. It really took time but it was done with a positive attitude and made me feel comfortable.

Honestly is a great store with a clothing section. I was double charged on an item of clothing and only noticed once I got home. Whenever I go here...which is seldom ... I don't have much good to say about the service.

Service today was not great at all! The lady at the till was more focused on the guy behind me in the queue. And they could not assist me with my request even after calling for assistance. They didn't even try!! Just said they don't know and walked away!

Really love pnp, only thing that is a bit confusing about this one is the isle arraignment.

The manager there has a good heart and very good with customer And kids❤❤❤

Although I give a three star, it is merely because of its smallish size and franchise owned, you might not find all the stuff you are looking for.As for the rest, I will give it a 4 Star for modern and very neat layout and jam packed with goods, including ultra helpful owner and staff who tend to get to know customers by name and hand-greet the customers they get to know...very nice touch showing tasteful small town hospitality

Went there at 5, the busiest time of day. Floors are crowded with people. Only 3 or 4 tellers open. Had to wait 30 minutes to pay. Not going again

Never before have I been inside a dirtier and mismanaged Pnp.Each time I go there, it seems like the list of products that are out of stock exceeds that of which they have on the shelves.Staff are generally rude or simply oblivious of products, isle allocation and specials. When you approach a staff member on the floor to ask for assistance, they simply shske their heads or point you to the next uninformed employee.During the festive season, qeues where ridiculously long (obviously), however, the experience may have been slightly more bearable if the majority of tills where actually open and cashiers avoided facebook, whatsapp etc on their phones between assisting customers
