Have been asking since 4 October for Samples to be delivered so that we can purchase Office Furniture. It is now 15 November and despite numerous emails, back and forth many broken promises from GC. I used to deal with Thys and the service was increddible. Not exactly sure what has happened. But increddibly dissappointed.

I bough a couple of chairs a couple of years ago. Safe to say all is out of warranty. Yesterday one of the bases where the wheels goes into broke.i Phoned to find out if it could be repaired and the answer was yes. One day later someone came out and fixed it at my house at no charge. Apparently it was a know issue and would in any case have been fixed if still in warranty. Where in South Africa do you still get this level of service and honest principles where they stand behind their product.I will never ever buy somewhere else as long as they are in business!

My Chair was out of warranty and needed to replace a arm rest that I broke. Looked them up and was surprised to get great customer service. I made an appointment to see them at the factory. They replaced both arm rest at a very small nominal fee. Chair actually feels so much better. Thank you Geo Cloud Team.
