I would give zero stars here if I could. I had contacted them via their website specifying approximately what I was looking for. I got absolutely no response from this company simply due to me mentioning that I would prefer for a product that is not made in China due to my own past experiences with Chinese products. There was no insult intended in my request to them. I simply stated approximately what I was looking for.I would have expected for the sales team to at the least contact me and inform me that even if their products are made in China, that they have have generally had good reviews regarding longevity of the required products.I was so eager to purchase TENS/EMS equipment from this company as the products APPEARED to be of decent quality. All I needed from them was a bit of assurance that the product will last even though they're made in China. I generally deal with many suppliers that do in fact sell Chinese products and they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable that it will be a viable purchase even when made in China.Instead, when I decided to call these people, I get a very arrogant man by the name of Chris on the line.I have never heard or seen a company that employs people that are so rude and completely lacks customer etiquette. I spoke to Chris who completely lacks people skills. When I asked if this is the level of service his company provides, he agreed that this is how his company operates.From a customer point of view, even if these happen to be the best products, I PERSONALLY DO NOT recommend this company because if their pre-sale service is SO PATHETIC, I can only imagine what their after sales service must be like if or when a product does fail to work.

Great service and the machine has been a miracle for my aches and pains. Highly recommend!

I'm a equine bodyworker and bought a Tens machine from Chris two years ago. It still works perfectly. It's highly effective for nerve and muscle pain. I can't live without it. I use it on horses, dogs and human's. I highly recommend this product for any medical professional or home use.

I ordered a 3 in 1 pro tens machine from Chris. I was skeptical as hell because nowadays you just don’t know what’s a scam and what’s not. He was very professional, answered all my questions and was extremely accurate about delivery. Arrived exactly 3 days later as he said. The unit also works great and the battery life is amazing!
