I just came back from indigo in Epping and they are closed,but when I called yesterday they said they are closing at 11:45, I am not impressed at all and its my first time going there.

Be careful, they add extra items to your till slip, seems to be trending. There's signs all over the shop saying if you leave the premises without checking they cant help you. Got me with one extra item.

I have been shopping at this factory outlet on and off for almost two years now. The shop has gotten really expensive!Also, update your work hours on this site cause I’ve found the shop closed two or three times (different occasions) despite arriving within work hours.

Fantastic service with a smile. Just a reminder that it is a factory shop and they get what they get when they get it, it's really a luck of the draw situation... They get 5 stars from me...
