The gentleman at the front of the store who helps customers load their trolls was very rude to me on the 20 of November when we entered the store they greeted us but did not help they all just stood around then when I placed the 40kg dog food into the trolley the guy proceeded to clap hands at me for doing it myself then on the 13 December we come to buy my monthly dog food and when I entered the store the guy at the entrance told me that he was the only person in the store so no one could help me I then proceeded to help myself but when I left the gentleman who previously clapped hands suddenly appeared as if he was hiding I do not appreciate this kind of service if the service does not improve I will start shopping at westpack again take in to consideration that I buy 2 x 40 kg per month +20 kg doog food and a 4 kg bird food and cat sandI even sometimes buy 120kg dog food

Hi Its a Lovely shop but the airconditioning is not working so it makes the shopping experience terrible.Dear Manager of this shop look at fixing or installing air condition in your shop

Need a new manager. Manager is clueless. Lady at the till and gentleman that works there are fantastic!
