Foschini - The Glen

Yhoo I have no words came to buy boots and the lady with short hair at the till gave us horrible service shame! Didn't bother to greet us or even acknowledge us... I was modified cause I work in customer care myself

An absolute disaster of a store from the manager Thokozam right down to the stuff in the beauty department. I purchased an item at the Rosebank branch and came in to exchange an unopened item. The stuff refused to assist me and their manager insisted that they do not do refunds or exchanges from item purchased at a different store. Totally lazy and very much useless store

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. What you wouldn’t do for me Foschini Mall of The South did. Foschini mall of the south were sympathetic to my situation and helped me without problems. The woman at the Glen was just arrogant and disrespectful. So sorry I never got her name

Very very bad service! The staff at beauty department have no idea what products they stock or information about the products. At the shoe department no one to help you and when I asked for my size they said there’s no stock , luckily as I was going out of the store I saw a shelf full of stock and not only one pair in my size but 3 pairs!! When having to pay I was sent from till to till nobody was prepared to serve me. Very bad and unfriendly service!! Mall of the South store a MUCH better store they much more helpful and customer friendly.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We asked for assistance in making an exchange and the person on the floor went to call the manager. We waited for almost 20 minutes, asking multiple people where the manager was and was told, rudely, every time that she was on her way. Eventually, the third time we asked the manager herself where the manager was where she and two other colleagues were having a fat chat. The 1st person we spoke to had never even relied our issue and she did not have a clue what we were speaking about. The 1st person was part of the chatting circle and only then relayed our query. The manager was unapologetic at our wait and her response very rude and sarcastic. I will not go back there.

Hold on to my vote for the best saleswoman of the year, Palesa. She was so patient, helped expertly with makeup choices and colours and looked like she was happy to be doing her job, and in addition, was very attentive on a day I wasn’t feeling well at all. Thank you for your extreme kindness Palesa. You are a one in a million.

Whenever I call foschini at the Glen no one picks ever but the phone keeps ringing, customer service very poor. Cashiers at the till their very slow and blame the system

This was my worst experience ever and a complete waste of my time dealing with inexperienced staff.I had an item that I bought online which needed to be returned, the receipt stated free returns to any foschini store...I was turned away and told that they don't stock the Juicy Couture brand I should go to to sport scene and total sports for a return, even though the item was purchased from foschini.Both stores were unable to assist and referred me back to foschini. The cashier was rude and said you are back

Worst shopping experience ever, I should have read the comments before going to this store.There is a very rude lady by the tills, the next time I go there u will get her name and go to hello Peter since it seems like bad service is a norm.

It's Foschini, it's nice & clean. The stuff are friendly and all smiles.
